 The blind made of reed lay on tea plantation and 50% sun shine is cut after a few leaves sprout, and keep 10 days. Then straw would be lay on the blind and
sun shine would be cut 95~98% and kept 10 days more.
 The special rich taste and aroma will be happen with this way.
Modern Gyokuro plantation
 The plantation would be covered with cloth with two steps along the traditional way, the taste will be sweet but less than pure type.
